You get valid caps even on defense, as long as you’re inside the cap when it falls to attackers.

Admittedly I do non know about conquest or confrontation, I only saw it working in invasion.
Even though in conquest or confrontation it is almost guaranteed to score at least 1 regular cap.

I thought you only get it on defence if you remove all invader tickets from a cap? Ie your team holds it long enough without any enemy on it so they lose all their previous gains.
I don’t think so, but idk.
