i don’t know how well it would fit but i think it would be nice to have an indicator during gameplay to point out that this soldier has the perk because i would aim my grenade and calculate how much i need to raise my aim for it to reach a certain point only for me to realise that this soldier has the perk and it going way off target.

Indicator was present during CAT but was removed because it didn’t fit devs vision. I think it is a matter of training - I need that too because I too sometimes forget about that perk and throw my detpacks way over tanks.
Yeah one of the issues with it is not knowing that a given soldier has it - IMO there should be some indication on screen as to what perks your current soldier has.
I kinda agree but don’t want to have too much information on the screen. So this would require another suggestion and lot of work to make it right.
