You forgot many details.
This particular tommy has the LEAST dispersion of all tommies. It KEEPS it’s damage over distance much better. There’s ALMOST NO bullet drop (compared to other tommies). Also has a bit more damage per bullet.
It’s effectively the best Thompson in the game.

Well I would say that Thompson are good at mid BR. But yeah the BR 4-5 ones are not impressive compared to what you get in other nations.
As for the Thompson .30cal, it is basically a slightly worse M2 carbine with 10 less rounds at BR 3. Even though you will spend a lot of time reloading, it is still one of the best smg at its BR.
