The carbine is kind of early for Guadalcanal, given how Lucy Goosey enlisted plays the inclusion of weapons it could very well be part of it even though they weren’t really in service and the south-west Pacific in mid-42.
The M1A2 might be something we would see later in Europe someplace.
Maybe they’ll do some sort of battle of the bulge or operation market garden
Don’t forget that’s a normandy weapon dev blog.
The jagdpanzer was also announced in them. And it’s still to be seen.
the sad thing is that thompson 1928A1 arrived in tunisia, but never landed in normandy
this is not a problem for the developers, the m2 carbine was never used in europe, yet … it is present

Well. Tommie is missing as well, its just in Africa and not in France. Guess will come with StG and M1A2 probably with ZH for the meme.
Also, Panzer IV TD is missing as well (good idea to release it AFTER the Panther and Tiger I guess)
The one in Normandy supposedly will have a 100 bullet drum, quite possibly beating the ppsh41 as best smg of the game. This drum is comically huge.
As for m1a2… let’s just say it’s the m1/m2 we already have. Not really different 🤷

Basically the same gun with a different iron sight (and minor different numbers)

According to the description. At the same time, e.g. the description of the MG34 says its a accurate gun yet I cant hit a barn with it past 30 meters. Probably like 50-100 better rof at best.
