Crossplay off has around two-times more bots than players, way more than crossplay on.
Yeah, I make that bold claim.

I live in the Philippines and play on PC, while both of my kids live in the US and “WERE” playing on their PS5’s. I say “WERE” because they both got tired of the non competitive games and quit playing Enlisted altogether. One is 31 and the other 17. They never said anything about advantages or disadvantages playing on a console because they have been playing on a console all their lives so that is all they know. I know they both kick my butt playing one on one in the various call of duty games. 
I play on the US server here.
Hard to tell, I live in the Philippines but I maintain a Florida US address and use the US server when I play. I do like to play with the Allies and did for probably a year and a half solely until I dropped 20 straight matches, got tired of that and started a German squad. So, right now I only play about once a week as an Allie, the rest of the time as a German. Luvs2spooge, I got that from South Park as I think it was Stan’s World of Warcraft handle. I was surprised no one took it here. I can’t be the only old fart to watch South Park, can I? 
Since I am 59 and retired, I play at all hours day and night, but most of the time it is late night into the morning here in the Philippines, which I am 12 hours a head of East Coast time, so that would put me normally at playing between 10 AM and 3 PM East Coast US time. I do play at other times, but this is where I play most of the time. Since I don’t really know what Grey zone warfare is, other then tanks hang out in the grey zone and I did respond to that forum, it is hard to say if our paths crossed.
