Good for you, but that isn’t what snipers are supposed to be doing. Your rifle literally has a long-range optic so you can engage enemies from a long distance. The psychological factor of being engaged by an enemy they can’t see is what makes snipers so menacing. Not some jack rabbit quick scoping at arm’s length just to up his kill count. Go play CoD.
Again, there were countless aggressive snipers during the war, so you are just factualy wrong.
Not in a game where i can respawn every second
Funny thing to say since the game encourages my playstyle, from my view, you are playing the wrong game, Go play post scriptum.
Nope, not defeding, not even playing for the point or obejtive, just plain simple sit in a window where people will pass on front but not look at you cuz the point is the other way.
I mean… again… that’s why people camp in defend, plus, from kill cams you can counter campers.
I know, might not be fun sometimes, but I understand people that has to defend their objective.
I just have neutral feelings about it
I can tottaly be fine with a sniper getting me killed cuz is was running on open map or cuz he was watching a point
But rifle base troops just camping a window or a door where they can exploit players running to a point or looking all the way to the enemy spawn is full shitty gameplay
there will allways be campers in any game !.. game has plenty of stuff to deal with them tho !
Like OP German tanks, am I right?
Excuse me, but do you expect them to sit in capture point and patienty wait for your grenade? Cutting off enemy reinforcement from getting to combat is normal and effective tactic. If you just run straight to the objective without taking control of the area then it is your fault. Only map, on which defenders have straight view on attackers respawn points is D-Day, but even there spawn protection should give you enough time to get into cover.
The shooter isnt exactly exploiting if you dont look both ways before crossing the road, I honestly sometimes feel like peoples issue with camping is self fuelled, depending on definition camping is just the ‘bad’ kind of static gameplay that you dont like. Personally I have more fun solving problems rather than telling people to stop making problems for me.
Between highlighting kill cams, laser pointer bullet paths and the ability to see that then instantly revive as a guy standing just a few meters away with arcane knowledge on the precise location of the guy who shot you, you get plenty of opportunity to adapt and counter (If anything the highlight profile on the kill cam is too much imo).
