Oh Enlisted, where a SQUAD game dedicated to TEAMPLAY with AI as CORE feature somehow makes the game encourage more lone wolf and king of the hill approach, there is something really wrong with this but we can improve things by making small steps
Make damage assistance count as full score instead of half, as long as you deal 1 damage to the enemy and even stun them with screen shake, you get that full score assistance, so you won’t feels like shite when you break an enemy plane in half just to let your opportunistic teammates steal it with their last shot
Rally gets exp per member spawn instead of squad, yes, 35exp per member instead of the entire squad, you know there is something incredibly wrong when killing 1 enemy net you 35 score off the cap but spawning the entire squad in your rally that need to wait 5s per spawn, stop working in middle of combat and breaks after 20 spawn? Really? No wonder so little people build them
Ammo box net score by the ammount of ammo player pick up, if they use a mortar or any other weapon that takes the whole box, you should get 180 score at minimum instead of 18 like any other weapon, and those weapon do need to count the score per quantity
Marked target count as full assistance score, you will see your entire team beeline that poor vehicle with this change, as it should be
Increase score playing the cap at least 500~1000 score per cap, for every 0.1 cap you get in the score board you get 50~100 score, and planting bombs you need to stay around 100m close to the bomb to get full score, and you get score staying inside the cap/next to the bomb
One way to reduce grey zone tanks, make them get more score the closer they are to the cap passively, also the ally around them get vehicle escort score, every time the tank or escort kill enemies, both get bonus and the effect increase as long as they stay less than 50m around the cap, if the escort got wipeout the next group continues the bonus, the only way to reset it is the vehicle they are escorting is destroyed
Plane rearm in a colum in a specific spot, so they can fly high or low they can rearm, destroying vehicle and killing enemy in marked region gives bonus score, and people can mark flying enemy planes
Remove penetration/lead indicator(excluding ground AA when fighting planes) but add target distance when marked(like mortars), so you actually use the gun sight to aim and adjust distance instead of using, I dunno what’s the word for that thing, I guess magic, to guide ypur shots
Maybe marking can become tad broken at this point, if people start complaining, change permanent pin to “last known position” so at least give your ally an idea were your enemy are
Encourage people healing ally, aside from medic pack you carry, give every medic pack you carry an extra morphine that only work exclusively on ally(like medic squad one) which you can resupply in medic crate, the Morphine doesn’t heal them completely but put them back on foot unlike the medic one, I know is pretty pointless in a game with such fast TTK but I am sure you will thank that guy spend his half seconds to put you back to the field instead you wasting 2~8s falls behind of your team
The point above kinda makes Medic redundant, except Medic can revive people now, if the squad is wiped and no longer player can control any of it, revived people became bots instead, and you can only revive them once per dead soldier, so a medic a cap wiped by artillery or explosive spam? Good news, the caps gets more bodies before other players/enemies catch up, also for got sakes gives them an Engineer as side upgrade, with capability to build a small medical tent that works as healing station and rally point
Medical box gives passive healing for any team member close to it, unless is empty or destroyed
Make AT squad Engineer can build AT weapon crates, for Low BR some sort of AT grenades, and High BR Bazookas and Panzerfaust, also replace their AT gun with Heavy AT gun
Make every land vehicle carry a small ammo crate in the back so the escort team can saty close to them uninterrupted
Gives Radioman ability to call support airdrop(small crate with limited ammo and medic packs) and separate smoke screen time counter with artillery strike, so you can use both simultaneously
Gives Engineer the ability to build medium and Heavy AA gun

Lol, how much time do you take to go to a place and build a rally? Maybe 40s. How much enemy can you kill in that 40s? Moreover, building a rally point save you a lot of time from walking, which is more than building rally point itself.

Would be handy if we could custom mark - give an option for custom marks such as infantry, rallies, vehicles, engineer constructions - could even add even direction of travel. But I do like the idea of points for marking targets. Maybe also points for communication and acting on team communication - i.e. build ammo box

You can’t win game by tank alone, and single plane is 350
You can technically kill 10 people with a semiauto rifle in less than 2 seconds if you meet your enemy head on, or more with a LMG, or even more with Explosives, building a rally doesn’t mean 35 score per squad spawn is enough

Lol killing tank is way easier than killing player’s plane lol. And that is not the point, the point is you can easily get 10+ rally point use per match but can you easily get 10+ tank kill per match? This will make other action useless.

The situation you talks about need enemy to be very concentrated and dumb which is not happening all the time, you definitely can find time that has less concentrated enemy player to build rally point. I just watched several of your replay and you barely achieve that lol. So this is simply not feasible for most player.
You need to compare with the score of other action lol 1000 is a ton, which will be more than average player score in the entire match if you capture several points.

The medic box doesn’t heal. It lets friendlies resupply medkits, which heal. It’s not automatic, and the healing takes time even if they use it.

My replays? Do you ever see me using a semi auto nowadays playing exclusively Japs Low BR in Pacific? Of course I am hardly doing that, I been using bolt actions and SMGs in the Open playing objectives every god damn time than go after kills which I can’t afford

You need to consider other action, because it will make other action become useless. Why build fortification, ammo box, heal teammates, if simply storming a point give that much reward. Moreover, people will start deserting defending match because you get tons of point by attacking.
