There should be replay available aftermath so that people can learn and be better

After the match players should be able to reviewed what they did well and what went wrong. This will make the player base more competent and the gaming experience becomes much more enjoyable for everyone. Gaijin should give players rewards for playing back their game and discovering why they lost!

There already is…

that is indeed already a thing:

https://enlisted.net/en/replays/#!/

just log in, and tick the " only mine " box.

you will find there all your replays.

keep in mind that sometimes you’ll have to wait a fair ammount of time before they will be available.
and you can keep the game open and click one of the replays so that from the site, it will redirect you in the game.

alternatively, you can download them and place them inside your folder.

it’s also worthed to note that such replays aren’t forever available/show up.
as the game gets updated, such replays may not be compatible with older versions.

best regards

lol…

As others mentioned, we have an existing replay system.

If your suggestion is to incentivize players watching their own replays after a match ends, at what point in a match with a replay time ranging from 10 to 40 minutes will the player be rewarded? What will the reward be?

You need to acknowledge that time not spent queuing in another match is time that could have been spent gaining exp/silver. Whatever the incentive is, it better be worthwhile, but not abusable.

This is all premised on the fact a player is willing to watch their own replays to learn- And frankly, players willing to learn from their matches are generally not the problematic side of the playerbase.

I am suggesting that after the match players can instantly watch highlights, something like Play of the Match in Overwatch, where good plays are highlighted and rewarded. Players who stay and watch the rematch can discuss and talk about what went right or wrong, immediately as the same session rather than ending abruptly. Those who did can get a little bit more XP as an incentive for stimulating learning.

For example, the players who built useful rally points should be more rewarded, and promoted for the whole team or game, and show how useful of an impact they caused, or player who did exceptionally well with rifleman or tank or air can be highlighted so others can learn from their expertise and the player themselves are rewarded by being commended for their performance.
