lets said they will be ejected if they dont get x kill in x minutes just to prevent people going idle in their plane because right now i have 2 idle planes in my match and its very detrimental to the gameplay

No unnecessary restrictions pls.
If someone is playing vehicle, ptfo and go for the objective.
If you really think that your tank slots are being wasted by noobs, you should know that tanks are support units - not a main force, if the enemy tanker is wrecking your team and your own tanks are doing nothing to stop that from happening, maybe you should consider bringing more AT Launchers.

i don’t mind noobs getting wasted by enemy tankers/pilots, however friendly pilots deciding to do circles at 2000m agl away from the battlefield for the whole match for God’s know what reason while enemy pilots are CASing with impunity is something that needs to be addressed. even a bad pilot/tanker who try is better than jackass who pick plane for the sake of trolling the team.
the point is to force the tanker/pilot at least to try support the infantry or just boot them off the vehicle for being idle
and my gripe wasn’t even about tankers to begin with lol
and before you tell me to build AA instead by building AA i have to commit myself into manning the AA and sending my bots to the cap with no supervision, and not actually building attack/defend rallies and clearing the cap by myself. the one responsible to engage enemy pilots are friendly pilots, not infantry
