"The view of a veteran over a city amount of new players"

Be prepared for the feast, fellow vets. It will last for some weeks til this new blood becomes experienced.

(Be patient and don’t whine too much about lack of rallies from newer players is what I’m saying)

Lol, pure and unfiltered frustration incoming.

You know it.

I estimate it will fill 75% of the forums, coming from impatient ppl taking the game way too seriously.

I’m just glad for new blood.

More new players means low tier matches where your 3,4-stack become even easier.

But playing solo and having most of your team being totally clueless sucks, so i’ll rather play high tier solo

Incredible! It already started, @Adamnpee !

What I’m worried about is that ??% of steam users may leave negative reviews and leave the game after playing a few games.

How do you explain to a newbie what kind of game this is?
bot-planting, arcade FPS, vehicle authenticity, fast pace

In my opinion, the current game is still a mess, and rather than introducing more variables now, it’s better to fix and rethink what’s already there

We all know it will happen, sadly. I believe it’s a calculated risk from DF.

But even WT at some point only had mixed reviews.

Even H&G didn’t have negative only reviews!!!

We will see. What’s important, is more ppl.

Yeah it started weeks ago, even years. Just basic cycle of Enlisted swinging side stomps.

On faction wins more > more dumbass players flock there > faction starts to suck beacuse teams are clueless > repeat with other side

Review bombing is extremely overrated because it was so extremely overused in past few years.

If they didn’t care about steam reviews, they would care to release the game on steam, after all it takes a cut of their beloved money.

So they care about money, they care to release game on steam, they will care to keep reviews positive.

It’s not that bad if it actually forces them to make economy better

???

last time i checked it actually worked

It always lasts just few months. Just look at current review ratio of Diablo IV on steam.
70% or something like that.

Blizzard fans are lost cause, they pay for same game for 20 years.
It’s like trying to explain to FIFA players that lootboxes are bad.

If reviews forced gaijin that was only looking at profit margins for years, to actually take steps to make warthunder better, i’d say they worked. (though not enaugh for me to play it)

I just leave if I see Im the only one building rallies if no one is going to try I might as well don’t try

WT is main flagship for Gaijin, that’s why.

If the Enlisted’s playerbase is going to review bomb this game, it will only hurt itself. It will discourage players and we will never have more queues.

But I guess there are enough fools here who are capable of that.

oh man oh well since im a br5 guy anyway i wont get to fight new people oh well

The economy is already disouraging players from playin the game.

That’s just plain short-sighted, to ignore issue with game to bring more players, when those players will leave anyway because of said issues.

The queue time are already low, i’d say game could handle 3 queues even now. But quality of those players is something else.

I play with dude that just started, he bought premium and even a premium squad. Way more than i when i started to play, yet i had way more free stuff.
He unlocked MP40 and most BR2 stuff, yet can’t afford to even get bacis assaulter I or upgrade any of said MP40, heck he even can’t buy enough to equip everyone.

This is not good economy

But with WT and H&G, they know exactly what they are playing, these games have themes and everything is built around the core gameplay.

The enlisted gameplay has a bunch of conflicting tags. If it is an arcade FPS game with unnecessary hardcore details, does not allow weapon customization but allows time travel (and is a bad type that will destroy immersion), has a squad system with potential but does not develop it further.

I don’t think the developers know what kind of game they want to make either.

( i’m sure someone is gonna have fun nuking new folks with impact nades… )

can’t wait for more influx of mains carrying over from war thunder, or in general.

legit, forum will be a headache once more.

( maybe i’m being pessimistic regarding the " social " things about enlisted )

Economy is lesser issue than queue policy.

If you’re willing to sacrifice more queues for insignificant economy which you can always bypass with real money, okay…

But I will say one thing. I do believe Gaijin couldn’t care less if this game will actually grow or just die in few years.

The worst of it, is it’s not even necessary…

But yes… there are those kind of “players”.

What I will do, is practice fighters even more, remaining very casual.

Ah!

Here’s Joe’s next accurate faction trend:
Axis Germany, will be extremely populated, due to axis always being the most popular because reasons, in ww2 games.

But.

It will lose remarkably often because the population in it, will be brand new and diluted.
