Let’s think about it first
The Soviet Union had light rockets that could blow up tanks
Germany has four 50kg aerial bombs
Japan has four 60kg aerial bombs
What does America have?
2 bombs of 45.3592 kg
And the flight speed is only 300
I haven’t seen many tanks die at the hands of seagulls
The F2A should be used as the initial aircraft
The bomb is still small though
But his speed is faster
When attacking tanks, his survival rate and accuracy are higher than those of seagulls.
The Japan have 2 60 kg bombs not 4, even one of the new supposed “tier 5” fighter.
The best German aircraft don’t have a single bombs while they should : bf 109 G10, G14, K4 or even the F4 at tier 3 so stop complaining.
This article is talking about (initial aircraft)
The first aircraft that a novice can come into contact with
They should have sufficient anti-tank capabilities or use mobility to compensate for firepower
in addition
Germany has more bombs than the US military’s early rockets
Later, there were even high-explosive machine guns
I believe that a few planes without bombs will not prevent you from using a large number of bombs from other planes to send tanks into the sky.
Don’t complain
If you don’t understand what this article wants to express, it means you may not have read it carefully or you have never played in Japan.
second
Not first
And you should consider that the plane will pull itself up
This means that novices who don’t understand this aircraft will lose accuracy due to the automatic pull-up.
Even if he has two 113.398 kilogram bombs, there is no way to hit the tank or target.
In addition, his machine gun damage is very low
So we can only rely on quantity to make up for it.
The most important thing
When you want a better airplane
Endure several bad games
What we got was an aircraft that even a suicide attack might have difficulty hitting the target.
This means you have to play more games
I’m guessing newbies will have quite a bit of grumbling about this.
certainly
The early Soviet aircraft also had problems with automatically pulling up.
But rockets make up for this shortcoming to a certain extent.
he is very powerful
But newbies need quite a bit of time to get him
USA
If I work harder, I can get a better plane.
Finally here! The second plane
What? Will he automatically pull up? How to seize the time to release the bomb?
Spent a bunch of time getting the 3rd plane
Finally got a chance to hit the target
Now I have to spend a bunch of time unlocking other stuff
In order to obtain slow bombers that fly slowly in the Pacific and fighters without bombs
Until finally we get a powerful enough bomber
I guess newbies don’t have enough patience to wait until then
Newbies from other camps
Treat those Yankees to 50 or 60 kilograms of bombs!
Didn’t hit the first time? Try it again!
We can’t wait for the 250 or 500 kilogram bombs of the future
Until they get the P38, they have to fly a bunch of slow or inaccurate aircraft or not have big enough bombs to fight the tanks.
Especially their main enemy is Japan
Type Zero will kill them perfectly
They have to spend more time to get a good enough plane
So why not give them something with slightly acceptable performance from the beginning?
Japan has next to no cover in their maps so just dropping bombs and general areas will kill everyone if anything we should be asking things for Japan not more stuff for the Americans.
Or is this game supposed to be a bot game where you kill nothing but bot Japanese and bot Germans
Brit boys be like:
“Hold my tea, Chap. I’ll hop into my Spitfire!”
Please, stop it. Allies aviation is excellent. If not the Spitfire, the p40, there’s the maneuverable hurricane with… 12… machine guns. I forgot what br is the mustang, it’s probably br2. Very solid as well.
Stop, stop. Just stop. It’s bad enough people call the 500lb bomb a 250kg bomb. I don’t need the exact estimation in kg of our bombs that are only ever measured in pounds. This genuinely hurts to read
Literally the best planes of all factions, the most overkill plane of all, the best figthers with a payload big enoug to destroy the best tanks of the game
“gUys plEes giv murica bEtter starting plAne”
10kg dif on payload, omg unplayable plane, can’t posibly deal with any tank, meanwhile germany at br4 and 5 having to deal with jumbos with 50kg bombs,
I have to agree that the seagull is the worst plane in the game. They’re so slow that they’re dangerously vulnerable to small arms fire: I’ve shot one with a bolt action and the tail came off.
The other biplanes are fun to fly and can be used effectively, but with the seagull I had better luck getting kills by bailing out and playing as infantry.
I don’t know what to replace it with as a starter biplane, a J2F6 Duck? The F3F-2? The US military didn’t have a great biplane selection, maybe a British Swordfish?
Considering that almost all players are old players
Everyone regards level 2 aircraft after the P38 as the starting aircraft for novices.
But they are near the middle in the new technology tree.
It is necessary to consider the experience acquisition ability of novices
They might have to play 50+ games before they get these (starting) planes
Observation results after battlefield merging
Few hurricanes are effective in dropping bombs next to tanks
In many cases, even bombing capture points will miss the main areas.
As for breathing fire?
It’s really useful against aircraft.
But I guess novices won’t be able to use it against tanks.
And he and the seagull will occupy the precious aircraft slot
do not forget
The Germans and Japanese will get better fighter jets before you do
And most of their tier 1 planes have better bombs or 20MM machine guns
109 will tear you apart with 20MM when you first get Hurricane
When you first get the SBD, the Zero on the other side will do the same thing to you.
Although the F2A overheats very easily and the bomb is very small
But it’s easier to use than other level 1 aircraft.
So I think it’s not too much to consider F2A as the first aircraft for beginners.
Instead of letting them get beaten up for 20 or so games before they get a suitable aircraft.
Trouble with the E13 and SOC-1 is, of course, that they made a nice balanced pair in the now-non-existent Pacific Campaign.
And indeed both aircraft lineups in the ex-Pacific were pretty well balanced.
Now they have been chucked in with all the other campaigns it isn’t teh Americans who lose - it is hte Japanese - their T1 a/c are just hte E13 and A5M - which are rubbish compared to all the other lineups - USA gets 3, but SU and Axis get 5 each - including some very good T1 a/c - Hurri IIB for SU, 109E-7 for Axis for example.
The Japanese starter planes are also pretty rough. I gave up on the a5m, it’s performance and armament are very poor. They should at least give it some bombs so it has something to do.
I think the e13 is fun to fly, it’s got enough speed to keep me interested, a good turn rate and the bombs can do some damage. No forward firing guns is a handicap though for such a vulnerable plane. I just try to annoy enemy fighters by following them around using my superior turn rate.
Maybe they could give the Japanese the a6m2n or something, I don’t know Japanese aircraft too well.
