And the mods have swarmed on them and shut em down real quick. Seeing some of their responses explaining why has been great. Essentially “you brought this on yourself idiot” and then locked their thread. Keep up the good work guys

Same here. It’s crazy to think they monitor the forum that much sometimes. Crazier when you consider the kinds of conversations and arguments that break out on here and go on for hours and hours before getting shut down

Yeah but man these…people of a different state of cleanliness and different continent are just something else. So many use cheats and exploits just because they feel like they need every advantage. Shoot I bet they couldn’t even do anything at all without all these “advantages”

Sharing and complaining is also a form of courage.
Think of the people who have been exploiting this bugs since 1 year and never shared them with others. Think of the people who preach that they won’t be punished after this incident, or the people who preach that all their super soldiers just changed from 25/25/25 to 19/19/19. Think of the people who exploit bugs themselves but refuse to admit it, instead mocking those who dare to admit it.
Those are the ones who are losers.
Having a bug, as far as more sharing and passing it on, makes it more likely to be found and dealt with in a timely manner.
Those who willfully conceal their crimes are cowards.
In the face of flogging, I see more of a demand for it to be done equally to all participants than a resistance to it.
If I had to break it down geographically, most of the people I have spoken to in the East chose to stay after being flogged. And those who were not in the East and were flogged chose to simply leave.
I mock those who used the exploit…

People who use bugs are worthy of ridicule.
But do not even felons enjoy minimum human rights? Don’t they? I think a lot of the complaining convicts in this case were simply complaining that the judge was treating convicts from all regions of the world fairly. In the information they were exposed to, they learned that they were sent to Devil’s Island to receive life sentences, while their counterparts from other geographic areas were sent to Norway’s Bastøy Prison to receive finite sentences. There may also be a degree of ambiguity regarding geo-discrimination due to the helper’s reference to “keep their max stats…”. As well, some players who claimed they were not in the East were spreading the word that being in Europe and America exempted them from flogging, or claimed that they received only minor floggings. The same criminals shouldn’t be subjected to different levels of flogging depending on where they are, no?
This is not hypocrisy.
Of the Europeans and Americans I’ve spoken to, many of those who used the bug chose to just leave the game. They are the hypocrites who can’t afford to lose. They’re afraid to even admit when they started utilizing the bug, and they’re afraid to post the specifics of their wounds after they received a lashing. Of course, such hypocrites do exist in the East，too.
The easiest way to do this would be to find multiple indigenous Dutch criminals who have used the loophole and have them disclose the exact details of the flogging.
Alternatively, other programmers could be chosen to review the criminals’ retrieval programs and flogging code in this incident, checking for blacklists, geographic preferences, or minor flogging whitelists in the code.
If there are indeed criminals from certain geographic regions who received preferential treatment, then punish those preferred once, and the person who gave the preference, individually.
That is all.
There is no need to consider immunity or mitigation at all.
