This Thomson shouldn’t be on 4, he’s too weak, 4 is almost always against 5, and it’s not possible to use this weapon against 5. His place is on 3, and he won’t be strong on 3br, which is almost the same thing.
I suggest we move it to 3 br.

How can you tell? Have you seen all its stats or what?
Silent weapons should be the same BR as the regular weapon it’s based on (unless clear inferiority is established, like a suppressed M1 carbine that needs to be manually operated like a straight-pull bolt-action rifle, even then mag capacity alone would still make it BR 2 worthy but it’s just a example).
M1 (s) is BR 4 because the regular M1 is BR 4.
Well its stats have been shared by the staff already :
Basically TT M1 thompson with crazy high dispersion.
I am not saying it’s worth Br3, but it’s not particularly an outstanding BR4 weapon.
I think a buff would be better, rather than a change in BR, it’s not even out yet, the stats are not finalized, changes can be made.
I do not know what you are guided by, but just think about how this weapon with a ring sight and without a front sight, as they wrote, will play against 5. This is a very weak weapon, it will be more or less nothing.
I just don’t think sights are a big enough reason to warrant a BR change.
BR4 feels just about right.
quick reload, no recoil, 920 rof with 8.0 dmg, suppressor.
It would be top meta for BR3.
This is a good idea.
Im out of likes so I will use emoji instead
Yeah if anything I used to insist the m1a1 Tommy and m21/28 over the m1. That even applied in Normandy and Tunisia during the campaign system. If anything the m1 SHOULD be in br3
