Melee missions, mortar kills, pistol missions, these things just don’t make sense

melee isnt too bad, especially in the pacific campaign. I rush in with a sword and get 5-8 slices sometimes lol

through CUSTOM MATCHES GAME / ROOM.

If a task must be completed by BOT, then this task is definitely problematic
And the destruction of tanks or planes can’t be done in this way.

it does not require you anything.
if you want to complete them, either go in normal matches and do those task, or make them through custom matches.
the first, might be a bit difficult, but you actually earn xps while doing it.
the second, you are just basically wasting time and xp. but allows you to progress with bp.
the choice is yours.

yes i rolled it and then i got the same shit quest again, it’s a small probability event but it always bothers me just right
i mean, you can wait for the day after to complete simpler ones and re roll the bad one.
if you are there to complete the bp, you still have 80 days
plus, you also get the special quest from the challenges each week.
you don’t really have to try. just keep rolling until easier ones, or wait for the day after.
the 1st and 2nd are always tedious tasks sometimes but the 3rd one is always the simple one, be in a match for 8 minutes, kill 8 soldiers, complete 1 match. Just avoid the Capture 1 Strategic zone task that one is always a hit and miss. prioritize the 3rd task and reroll the 1st and 2nd one till you find a simple one, that is the best you can do atm.
If I want to complete tasks kind of fast I just create my own custom battles solo (have the premium, so I can set a password). Of course it’s boring to play these custom battles alone just to complete tasks, but that way you have more control over it, especially if we are talking about this simple task like “Capture 1 point” that in normal battles you may be put into defence or destruction battles few times in a row.
Custom matches DO give some experience, if filled with only bots, you just get 20% of what you would get, but it is still better than completely nothing (using mods, however, nullifies earnings, if description is to be believed).
It also can be an opportunity to learn more about the map layout in different campaigns in safe(r) environment.
Alternativelly, you can allow all the campaigns in the match - this could increase the likelihood of players joining in (possibly later, by that time you could have melee’d the bots, took them out with the right weapon) - to get experience from match(es).
I sometimes even play there with lone warriors mode.
Mortar kills really aren’t difficult in my opinion. Especially with Pacific where a lot of choke points and objectives are open on the top!
Im kindia glad ther aint many on Normandy lol you cant get a good fighter if Gijins life depended on it lol but then Axis fighters are usless for the most part any how most of um just fly around with noting better to do lol. Alies love um cause unlike theirs we cant attack ground. 109 G 10 for example
