Hello, fellow members of this house of madness (and hope that it doesn’t break any forum rules).
This topic should deal with the reasons why you decided to use the profile picture you use on this forum. I just find it interesting to find out why people use certain pics.
For me, I am using a picture of a movie character called “Der Wixxer” from a German movie called “Der Wixxer” and its sequel (and because I wanted to use a different pic this time). The figure… the whole movies are more or less a parody of “Der Hexer” which again is based on the novel “The Ringer” of Edgar Wallace. I recommend to watch bot the parody and the movies of the novel if you are able to understand German. Also, I really like the costume of the Wixxer. Good touch of gentleman, mystery and modern (though it could be less red. I like those dark tones).
Could be a cool DC villian.
i just like the pokemon, still less than m1 carbine, to the point where i have a dedicated folder for them on my laptop i also have someone draw me the pokemon with a kar98k
I found it on the internet and thought it looks cool. I use it since then as my pp on all platforms and it’s my only pp.
Later I learned it’s a graphic from the M&B Fire&Sword.
Probably my favorite iteration of the German Flag. I’m first generation Canadian , but both of my parents are German, with a family of service in the forces going back to the formation of Germany as a country.
I even have a French Medal awarded to my Great Grandfather for honor on the field of battle from a surrendering French unit.
My pfp is the soviet light cruiser Chapayev from war thunder, I love how it looks and how it used to play until they added battleships, its also one of the two spaded cruisers I have.
Sadly I havent played it in months now because of battleships dominating naval

My profile picture is that of the art on the Magic: the Gathering card Lightning Shrieker. It’s an objectively shitty card, but its become my pet card through a series of coincidences, hijinks and happy accidents. I still put it in every deck I own with red where it is legal out of habit. here is a picture of the whole card.
