The P-47s load out will include 6×M8 bazookas and 2×500kg bombs.

In the screen shot you can see that the P-47 has 3 M8 bazookas on one side.
By reading the devblog it self you can also see that it carry bombs the only load out that includes M8 bazookas and bombs is the one I mentioned.
The FW-190 A8 loadouts will be 2×wfr.Gr.21 (same rockets as the BF-110) OR nothing
The FW-190 A-8 only CAS loadout are those two rockets and I have no way to prove it has them in game.
Actually, the A-8 supported a bomb rack, a center mount rack for a 250kg or a 500kg but that was at the limit of the bomb rack.

looks like the Thunderbolt is yet another American fighter that has some many ground attack options it might as well just be a attacker class whilst the German FW 190 is just a BF 109 G-110 with 1 more 20mm cannon and a couple rockets.
The picture of the A-8 Shows a bomb rack. Still I wouldn’t bet on bombs since the G-10 has also a bomb rack on the it’s picture 
Either way, I couldn’t really care less if it gets bombs.
Between the G-6 and the Ju-88, CAS is doing just fine for germany. The BF 110 is more or less unusable.
Though I hope they fix the rockets by the time the A-8 comes around.
Every time I see a loadout post, I die a little inside…
Gaijin for whatever reason won’t allow the 38’s to carry even close to their operational bomb loads and the 38 came from the factory with two bomb/drop tank pylons from the F model forward. It’s hard to find a picture of a 38 without those two pylons and yet… War Thunder/Enlisted have them missing…
They often had more than the standard two…
Even were converted to lead formations of fighter bombers as a Droopsnoot with Norden bomb sight.
So, just be thankful you guys get bombs, is all I’m saying.
Now Wfr.Gr.21 is nerfed to the ground and become completely useless(or just a bug? still unfixed).

The Pe-3 has bomb racks on the model and doesn’t have bombs in game. I wouldn’t base too much off of a single screenshot.
