As I expected,
If there’s few human players, it’s pretty easy to attack, like previous days. But if there’s plenty of human players, it will be very difficult to attack. Thus, I can not see where the next 3 points are.
Also that’s why we need human testers, not like how devs treat this campaigns like previous days.
What is the issue?
It’s obvious that invasion mode in Berlin campaign has serious balance issue.
In previous days, due to ton of bots, it’s very easy to attack.
But now, with full of humans, it’s very hard to attack, even for the first point.
The balance trend with/without humans is completely different. If no much human players to test the maps, the developers will get a completely wrong balance result.
I see no problem so far.
It’s the same senario on D-day invasion.
A good US team will capture all the map
A bad one can’t even cap the first bunker
Give it time, people will adapt and will be easy with no game Changes to usrr win games.
The problem isn’t about balance, but more on the fact that people just don’t play for the objective. When that mindset is present on a team, it ill fail.
On the other hand, a team that places multiple spawn points, ammo crates, barbwire, uses 1 vehicle at the time and play the objective will always win in this game
You are the first people I ever seen say D-Day balance is “no problem” LOL.
Of course players with skills can make weaker side seems “balanced”
But balance is with same level of players with same amount of effort that can get ~50% winrate.
Not one side has to push to limit to win a game while other side can play with casual.
Also give time?
If one sides sucks, eventually that side will lose players to nothing can turn over, like start~mid CBT.
Many of the CB testers say it’s not a problem, because during the CBT it was no problem.
Because CBT has lots of BOTs in match, that deviate the actual balance.
Now both Normandy and Berlin has near-full humans in matches. That CBT did not have.
How bots in D-day make it easier to win for attackers?
Going from the spawn to the point in the straight line is the opposite what you should do to win D-day as attacker. And that’s precisely what bots do, walk in a straight line.
Thanks to the bot spam in CBT Germans have worse bolt action gun stats
I m not.
I m a huge fan of “unbalance balance” warfare in games. It’s D-day after all. Shouldn’t be easy to begin with for allied trops.
What I see is people going on a straight line, people that don’t take a extra min walk around the side covers of the map.
A US team that simply don’t deploy spawn points
A US team that prefer to run like headless chickens on the open fields will be prone to loose the match
On the other hand, I have lost on d day countless times to teams that flank, place spawn points and focus on the objective rather than feeding kills like any other fps.
Playing with the mindset of kdr like any other fps out there will grant you a loose as atacker.
And no, I see no problem on d day balance.
