The new M1907 is way to strong for BR 3. It should be moved to BR 4

Just looking at the hard facts and stats here.

M1907: 12.6 damage, 20 round mag-fed, bayonet

Would face in BR 3:

Gewehr 41: 14.4 Damage, 10 Rounds, Stripper Clip reload, bayonet

VG 1-5: 9.6 Damage, 30 Rounds, Mag Reload, No bayonet

Type Otsu Rifle: 13.6 Damage, 5 Rounds, Stripper Clip Reload, Bayonet

Its more similar to Breda PG Carcano (BR 4) and the SVT Bubnov Drum (BR 4). BR 4 is where this gun belongs.
Especially since there it cant get downtiered to bully BR 2’s.

It’s probably gonna get gimped with high spread and poor muzzle velocity. Pretty sure the IRL M1907 used a blunt nosed cartridge instead of a pointed spitzer round. Personally, I’m not particularly concerned.

As long as br4 can meet br5, all br4 weapons are practically worthless. If they actually move m1907 to br4, this will be the most braindead move ever. Unpopular bp changes plus trash rewards, nobody is going to play the game.
This is just a classical gaijin move to release new op weapons and deliberately create faction imbalance. Low tier Germany may become old Tunisia Axis again, but they think more people will play because of new op toys.

Good luck fighting br5 with br4 gears if you enjoy uptiers

Already non-existing for Japan and depends too much on specific (player) numbers for other factions to occur.

literally doesnt matter, would still be very potent at close ranges just being able to 1 tap people with 20 round detachable mags

this power creep on br3 is going to just continue and make br2 suffer harder

Even if you’re within spitting distance, you can’t one-shot someone with vitality and this thing ain’t automatic either and muzzle velocity means a lot especially when you’re fighting at range.

whats the rate of fire tho? thats very important for semi autos - especially those that need to be spam fired because of no one hit kills.

I think DF was drunk when they balanced M1907. G41 not only has insanely long reload but also much much worse reload speed that take ages. Certain popular Enlisted youtuber should now apologize for saying that they for sure would balance it by giving it awful recoil and muzzle velocity while in reality it will be yet another overpowered and undertiered gun owned by Americans. German bias amrite American mains?

Feels like 20% slower rof than G41 but way more accurate plus with amazing reload speed. It’s overpowered that’s for sure.

can’t agree more man if it had damage similar to VG 1-5 then it would have been OK in br 3 but right now its too good for BR3

br3 never had any semi auto rifles with 15 rounds until recently, and now they’re adding 20 round semi auto rifles, this is blatant power creep happening

who knows, maybe a year from now they’ll move the AKT-40 to br3?

What if it sucks? What if it has 27s reload?

It may well be out of balance but we don’t even have full stats. Why don’t we let it exist before losing ourselves?

You forget 3 little nuances
1 this weapon is not in leveling, it is for a combat pass
2 the maximum amount per account is 4 pieces
3 perk on survivability we remove the advantage in damage

it does not have a 27 second reload, we have the full stats already because the gun IS ALREADY IN THE GAME. The reload looks to be somewhere around 2-3 seconds
