imo, it’s the feddy and chonky feddy
SVT-40 damage, comfortable 600rpm, next to 0 recoil
not to mention fucking 0.33 dispersion

The best MG is ether the Type 97 or BAR M1918A2.

Oh those…
I got them… But use none. Was happy unlocking them back then, but they feel broken like cheat guns… I don’t blame ppl using them, because if they’re in the game, then it’s legit using them. But they’re not for me. I use ppd40, ppsh41 and some pps42/43 instead.

you can get chonky feddy at level 1 though so…
also, imo best MG is the 1919

I just use the PPD-40 because the PPSh41 has some bullet issues

You got that plot armor man. I would have been absolutely destroyed 15 times in this video. Bots either shoot better than half the playerbase or act like cardboard cutouts.

Type 97 is basically a Fully-Automatic sniper rifle with no recoil, it always 1 shots as well.
The BAR M1918A2 also always 1 shots and the no recoil 450 RPM is insane.
well yes but the 1919 has 0 recoil, comfortable rpm, and good mag size, also reloads fast for a mag that size.
it’s kind of a meta gun tbh still, just my opinion.
also, do you feel the DT-29 is slightly worse? the playerbase seems to feel this way too as back then people use to spam DT-29 in Berlin but, now not so much

The DT-29 in stalingrad is horrible along with the DP-27.
In Berlin the recoil is much different making them both great but the DPM is better than both.

Its full automatic, has no recoil, kills in 1 shot, has a scope, has excellent hip fire, and aims fast.
Use the gun before spreading lies.
i have used it and its trash. bad spread*, 20 round mag, and the scope can be too much. it also slows your movement speed by 50%
when i say spread, i dont mean dispersion, it’s the horizontal reocil. horizontal recoil is particularly bad on LMGs due to their recoilDir stat
Everytime i pick it up off the ground its amazing.
Try tap firing it, i use it like a rifle and its great.
Also i have -40% vertical recoil and im on console.
every gun is amazing when the game does your aiming for you, no offense but opinions as a console player are kind of invalid unless you’re quoting the stats
also ‘picking it up off the ground’ isnt much experience using the weapon

Ive picked it up alot, went on 20+ killstreaks with it
doesn’t mean it’s a particularly good weapon especially when aim assist does most of the work for you
Only bolt actions have aim assist.
Semi-autos have some but barley
