Well I’d like to think someone who doesn’t just go out of their way to ruin it for everyone else by playing in an unfun manner
But since video games have been made accessible to every monkey out there, that has become a niche way to play multiplayer. Now its all about running meta shit and deliberately playing in the most unfun rat ways possible because video games are SRS BIZNS

I personally used the g43 kurtz for my riflemen squad, squad leader so he has a “sorta” automatic weapon because devs made it so we can’t have an SMG and LMG in a riflemen squad.

Unfortunately this is not how it works and I experienced this in War Thunder where both the game mechanics and the playerbase itself encourage scummy tactics where some people just exploit every flaw in the game whether its map design or something else. Have to deal with the frustration on bad teammates ruining the game adds fuel to the fire.
Also there’s such tactics like revenge bombing being a thing to the point that it doesn’t feel bad to actually stomp such people even with some poor bastards getting caught in the crossfire between two or more sweatlords on both sides.
A huge chunk of them don’t visit the forums or the Enlisted subreddit anyway.

to be fairly honest here these this weird thing that people play the game differently. Some are there just to have fun and derp around, and some are there to “achieve” (snort hahahaahahahahhaahahaha wwheeze) something in enlisted [xaxaxaxaxaxaxaxaxa] like gaining the marshal rank. w/e, what matters is that players have different motivations, right?
If someone wants to play the game to win, he has an equal right to do that compared to a player who larps a sandbag or digs trenches at the bottom of the map, right?
The players are in the same match but have different goals, and they are contradicting each other, and naturally they are both rather upset.

There’s no scummy ways of playing.
The issue is that “fun players” don’t want to lose, and yet want the gratification of winning despite effort. That’s instant gratification mentality and that’s a generational boon.
Having fun is a universal theme. It’s the attitude that is wrong here.
Hate losing? Not having fun losing? Don’t lose. Win! Don’t want to sweat to win? Oh. Well?
