The Marine Paratrooper squad ought to have the Johnson LMG equipped via the supply drop rather than the M1918 Browning

Paramarines in WW2 had Johnson LMGs, so giving them the ability to equip this weapon via the Supply Drop mechanic would be appropriate and please those fans who appreciate historical accuracy. It makes sense from a balance perspective as well, seeing as the Normandy Paratroopers are equipped with the higher level LMG and the Paramarine squad is equppied with the later Sniper Rifle. It would fit the description of ‘Reinforcements Received’ event; “…rewards will help you unlock content that normally takes more time to reach in a regular lineup.” It’s the right thing to do.

Johnson M1941 machine gun. Used in small numbers during World War II.
During the Second World War, the American army also missed the modernization of several formations. I Paramarines received a total of 9,500 of these rifles. The situation with the American marines is ridiculous because they bought all the weapons that were available on the American market. Hence, they had Thompsons with 20-round magazines, Reising M50 which was a sports weapon, so using it on the front line resulted in a high failure rate.
In general, in the US Marine Corps during the Second World War, you will find a variety of flowers when it comes to small arms.

Paratrooper class gets equipped with MGs from Supply Box, it should be M1918A2 or Johnson LMG.

I think the paras used the Johnson in the pacific so it should be right to add it! In comparison with the premium paras in Normandy the pacific ones are really meh…
