Well there is very Big Problem with Allies Bias from secret mechanics to better equipment lets remove few layers of unnecessary secret advantages the allies have that don’t need to be in the game. I’m not gonna discuss the current Jet Planes and how the allies got better ones while Japan got the worst while it has the worst tanks… and the super heavy bombs that Allies planes have + Ground attackers while Japan has no ground attackers at BR V and before was balanced since Japan had the best fighter but now this balance is gone… there is few secret advantages that need to go:
1. Wellington Bombers need a nerf they are the biggest cancer in early BRs and even in late unless you are not BR V. There is nothing more OP then the auto aiming wall of fire they crate and the allies are constantly spamming them no other bombers have such fire power destroying or damaging enemy aircrafts. The sooner this super unfair bombers get nerfed the better…
2. Ground attackers that are fighters P-38 mostly at BR II. The ability to have 2 fighter planes as ground attacker and a fighter is huge advantage in early BRs combined with the OP bombers the allies can easily dominate the sky specially in 2 vs 2 air battles or ravage killing do to the spawn mechanics allowing fast boom and zoom fighters that are designated as ground attackers to be abused. Normally if you have a 2 Fighter planes after you die the priority of the spawn goes to another player but you have the ability to directly spawn a ground attacker. Knowing the location where you are killed can get you very easy revenge kill specially against slower fighter planes and in high BRs this applies specially against Japan or against people that dont have extra slots or not running ground attacker and a fighter that are boom and zoom to be honest the entire game now is spamming boom and zoom super fast fighters with big bombs all other planes don’t need to exist. Even if you get killed as long as you managed to bomb a spawn point specially with the BIG allies jet bombs you will probably take a lot of kills easily. Second constantly abused mechanic by the fast fighters is suicidal crashing’s after they miss their boom and zoom they will just fly away and crash on purpose giving you no exp. The super fast boom and zoom planes in general have too many advantages from faster reloading their bombs and armaments to spawn revenge killing do to how the spawn mechanics work.
And slow planes or planes that start on ships simply wont be played the entire meta is focused on super fast boom and zoom planes. They are even better against anti air since they are much harder to hit so all the advantages in the game go to fast planes with big payloads.
Few things that can be done is to:
-Move the Lighting to Fighter squad and not ground attacker
-Give Japan BR V ground attacker
-Give Japan Better Jet Fighter
-Reduce the payload on Jet Fighters
-Nerf Boom and Zoom planes with big payloads
-Introduce airfields where planes start just like carriers will be best option since will balance a lot of spawn issues and reduce the effectives of super fast planes spam. If all the planes started on the ground the game will be much much better.
There is also the problem of ammo and damage that slow fighters have and after killing a plane you need to fly away to reload while a fast fighter can easily spawn knowing your location will be there in no time so if they start on the ground this type of spawn mechanics will be less abused and not only the crashing on purpose will be also less abused since you cant spawn another plane directly in the air.
Right now is better not to escape your plane after you are shot down its far more beneficent to die and spawn a fast fighter or fast ground attacker plane. Specially in Higher BRs you will constantly see the abuse of this mechanic or in lower BRs normally the lightings do it.
If there is no action taken the game will turn to a very cancerous spam of super fast fighter planes that just rush to bomb the points and super fast ground attackers that do the same and ravage kills the moment they miss you they just crash it down and spawn another plane.
Really the plane spawn mechanics are very easy to be abused by fast planes with big payloads.
3. Body Armor:
There is no point even discussing why cosmetics should not be giving you advantage that is that big the only advantage cosmetics should be giving is camouflage.
This is 3 secret advantages that need to be fixed that really drag the Axis down and give absolutely unfair advantages to some factions over the other that can be abused.
