The battle has just begon as we can clearly see.
I proceed towards the first objective and start to build a rallypoint, business as usual.
There is nobody ahead of me.
But what do I see on the map?
We already have a rallypoint…nearly on the objective! 
I have no idea how it got there and what happened with it during the battle.

could be the next standard spawn once you take the point ?
Sometimes i see tank mark far away from the map

You know, mobile rally point show up as normal rallies on the map, it could be that a truck drove there and the crew got absolutely destroyed

Thanks but not in this case, coz there was no time for anybody to drive to the point so quickly.
Also we see nobody there on the map and there is no shot fired yet.
Battle just started and everybody spawns, no vehicles or teammates before me to build or leave a mobile rally:
1 second later, I grab my hammer and the magical rallypoint appears on point (I did not hammer yet):
The location of the rallypoint (inside a building or on the roof, could be on several floors) is too close to the point (17 m) to be real.
I can see now how far back the rally truck icon is…
But there was a physical ally point there? Could you spawn on it?
