Last time at DT29, I already complained about this gun. Now after TE-4, the recoil is better than both DT29 and Johnson LMG, and the magazine capacity completely crushes it.

To be honest, im kinda torn on this one. Half of me wants it on br3 but the other half knows that it performs rather well. But youāre right considering the stats. If it were to be put to br3, we would need to have a replacement for br4 lmg as well ready to go. Weād also have an abundance of br3 lmgs, so something else is gonna probably have to be moved down, possibly the base model Bar 1918, but that is another can worms in itself.

The devs would never increase its magazine size - a 20-round BR4 would be completely unusable. The DT29 could use some buffs, but Johnson wonāt be viable in BR4 unless they remove its movement accuracy penalties.
They could move it if they put in the lewis gun with 60 something round mag. Dont remember off hand the size. Or a variant of the vickers
No, itās not. Johnson LMG is great weapon and itās okay exactly where it should be.
Awesome means having only 20 rounds to go up against various weapons with 880 RPM, while their magazine capacity is more than double yours.

This isnāt the first timeāthe MG42 is heavier than the T24 but runs faster than it. **The BAR is lighter than the KE7 but still runs slower.

They should give it realistic rate of fire and move it to BR II
Meh, could be left lower than KE7, it seems to be more ergonomical than Johnson.
And to the OP: sprint factor is the defying stat of this gun, itās more of a semi auto rifle than a MG, just like BARs before it.
Johnson is a faster firing BAR so kinda like the MG42 vs MG34.
