The allies in the Pacific campaign excel in close quarter combat at mid level and end game in the Pacific campaign So since the Japanese are debatable can we use the AA guns scattered around the new map to deny the allies air superiority in that campaign.

I do think they could make AA guns have full traversal again because we all know they were used on ground targets, plus it’s balanced in this game’s dynamics because an AA gun is an easy target
But I will say you shouldn’t care about “balance” when trying to enjoy a WW2 game. That’s like saying no one should play Normandy Germany because the Allies have great air support, or any of the other particular standards of the other campaigns, “Might as well not play X because Y”

High altitude bombing and shooting from a distance with rockets could take AA gun out or use the AT rifle.
And this just benefits low level Japanese in technically high level And this should stop suicide planes and bomb rates so it’s nothing game breaking.
and that’s if the players are smart enough to find it or even use it.
I’m against preventing Japanese suicide pilots.

If you want Japanese suicide pilots they need to add a boat mode for us to play so you can defend it then you can fend off against Japanese suicide pilots.
This needs to be a topic someone should go make it we have the train so why not a boat as well.

True but it will stop the constant air raid spam and when end game reaches I will still be probably seeing that premium plane and end game Pacific because I do not think they’re gonna get rid of it.
I see more people using A5 and A6 planes than people using Allied planes. Shit, even the biplane of Japan is used more frequently.
That was when it was the quad barrel Flak 38 or whatever and it had decent splash damage. Now it´s a single barrel autocannon with pretty much no splash damage, in other words a worse stationary MG.
It is unnecessary.
When the U.S. began bombing the Japanese mainland, civilians were trained to use bamboo spears to counter B-29 bombers.
What they need is bamboo spears.
