Coming from War Thunder which also has a grind issue i wasnt hopeful but Enlisted? Somehow this is even worse, oh whats that you want a single rifle thats slightly better? Spend hours grinding it. My Solution is simple, just halve all current XP requirements for EVERYTHING

XP requirements aren’t that bad (still not good, tho), it’s silver that gets you. Imagine grinding hours to get the rifle just to be too broke to actually buy it.

Someone should make a topic about guns you definitely should just skip and not waste money on.
From germut side, i really like vz24 mostly due to its sights.
Mp38/40 is arguably first smg you should invest

I just want new squads like engineers, but its taking so long to get that one rifle, then i need better AT weapons too…

From bolt actions, Mannlicher is totally worth spending money on, while Carcanos are straight trash. Starter 33/40 is serviceable.
Shotgun is a meme weapon, fun to use, but there are better weapons, especially MP 40. 3008 has no accuracy beyond first 30 m.
PzB 38 is okay starter, can troll tanks and planes. PzB 39 should be foldered, as it’s neither particularly better nor distinct enough to warrant necessary progression, if unlocked it should be bought instead for new AT soldiers, but it’s not worth replacing 38.
Sturmpistole is okay, but after unlocking it, GrB should replace all AT if aiming for BR2.

idk what rifles there is at practise shooting range but try them.
What u should be looking from BA rifle is the preferred sights and after that firing rate.
Generally all BA’s are 1hitkill so the biggest differerency is the sights.
And this, id suggest to spend sometime in BR2 even after you unlock some BR3 equipment.
BR1-3 is much more beginner friendly than BR 3-5 where you end up once u equip any BR3 equipment.

XP grind is nowhere near as awful, shit, dreadful, unbearable, impossible, satanic as WT grind i have everything unlocked except a single last plane for JP (within 912h) real problem is Silver gain that need to be increased by 2.5-3x asap since i struggle to buy and upgrade most weapons and vehicles.
In WT i don’t have anything of top tier unlocked even tho i have spent over 1k hours playing it because it takes sooooo much time it’s impossible for me to get a single 10.0 tank i would need to play 18h a day for months even with premium, being awful and struggling to get even a single kill a match also doesn’t help either. While in Enlisted i’m usually in top3.
You should’ve been grinding Assault Engineer event squads so you could get some top tier squads for Axis and Soviets at BR5, but now it’s too late.

No. It’s necessary to keep newbs in Low Tier so they can learn before getting raped in High Tier with their single BR III item

what you see is actual improvement from what we had before. before you had to grind 6 campaigns with anywhere between 3-5 mil xp per campaign per side. in every campaign there were duplicate weapons/vehicles.
but also i agree that there are too much insignificantly better rifles/vehicles in tech tree. lots of them should have been optional and not in mandatory grind.

only annoying when you want a foldered item just to skip it because it will be a waste of time grinding for it. Wish it was like war thunder where the foldered items only need half the exp that it needs
