To change back to English, follow this:
Click your name,
Click the icon with gear wheel
Click the bottom word on left side
Set your language and save!

This hasnt worked for me, still russian.
Edit: You have to choose American English, not the proper English English;)

I have had a tutorial before and the problem was fixed.
For me it has not changed, has remained in English
I kinda like it in Russian tho, makes me feel like a real comrade
