The first point on quarry south invasion is WAY too overpowered

For context, i’m a USSR BR3 player. I’ve played on the Quarry South map Invasion in the Battle of Moscow about 4 times now, and every time I play, we lose all 1000 men attacking the first point (Barracks) and don’t capture it. I thought I was just unlucky but then it happened again and again.

The Germans have great defensive positions in the houses, protected areas close to the Barracks for rally points and great placement for tanks. On the other hand, the Soviets have a huge open field through which to run to reach the point, inevitably getting mowed down by machine guns and snipers and the only places for rally points are perfect tank targets in open buildings. PLEASE MAKE THE POINT LESS OP!!!

I rarely win on that map when I am the attacker, and almost always win when I am the defender. The map is great for planes if you get past the first building because the rest of the cap points are pretty much outside, so you don’t have to deal with DF’s 20 feet of reinforced concrete roofs.

Worst map in the game IMO.

thats one of the hardest maps in the game. for attackers it requires instant bum rushing the point with quick checking for enemy tanks in their spawn area and having tanks positioned to instantly kill the enemy tanks. if that doesnt happen, the attackers usually lose, so obv a very defender biased map.

high skill in tanking is a must in this game, preferably playing in a 2-stack so you can have real time info on the whole map at any time.

edit: i hated the map during my noob time as its very hard and depressing. after around 1 year i started liking it as it plays like chess, since positioning, timing and planning ahead has much more impact than just rushing points with infantry and trying to cap this way as on other maps.

I usually get tons of tank kills on that map with my dive bombers, unless they have a competent enemy fighter pilot up. But the map itself sucks for attacking. Usually when I am attacking the game always dies trying to cross the pond as the enemy just sits up on the hills and snipes the shit out of you.

Thank you for your post.

Quarry, Khalif caves, D Day all need to be removed from the game.

The Bulge maps need serious rework.

I am sick and tired of the Valley of Death in Bulge maps where one wannabe with a tank/AT gun can just spam HE at everyone in the valley.

Many maps have this issue - every single map with every single stage NEEDS both sides to have multiple positions to place and hide rallies and APC.

Open field is simply a death zone in Enlisted.

Also vehicles should have at least two spawn location options.

Having just one often leads to tanks being spawn camped by AT/enemy tank.

As to the OPs question:

  1. Park your apc behind the house in front of the objective house so that brain-dead team can spawn and rush the objective

  2. Drop paratroopers in the forest and build a sneaky rally, use those paratroopers to find and destroy enemy rallies

  3. Spawn guerillas on the sneaky rally and kill enemy tanks/new rallies, not allowing them to build new ones

5 key points in attack
Using smoke cover
Attacking enemy logistics
If you can’t beat him head on, attack him from the side.
Use the respawn point to surround the capture point
Make sure your teammates are not suicide infantry or rear roaches or vehicle parasites (the most important point)

Please learn to use your brain to fight with your equipment
If most of your teammates don’t have the brains and equipment
Please exit the game directly to avoid raising your blood pressure or trying to find excuses for your own and your teammates’ incompetence.
Don’t always blame the problem on the map or something else

Smoke is very useful
Especially when you’re the attacker.
A charge without smoke and without using cover is no different from a war criminal who offers victory to the enemy.
