I was there I’m guessing you talking about back way after before Berlin was released but still it’s perfectly fine where it is today like other SF rifles as back then it suffered with its recoil kicking all the way to shaqs forehead like the AVS they needed the fix to help give it the equal stats of other at rifles but saying the FG42 is still nerfed is just stupid
No no i’m didint mean that the fg is completly good in this moments, compared to before, i mean when the update was released most weapons had a recoil bug and this bug turned the avs and the fg in the most powerfull SF in Game but then the recoil bug was fixed putting the fg over the avs and avt and
2- never said that fg is worst than avs or AVT
As i mentioned why My pov about sovs asking for buffs to the AVT because they said that it was inferior to fg series and that the why they need a buff of smt to it

Yeah that was a bug and tbh I hope they never add it again cause that would destroy all other guns in the process like ARs SMG snipers even MG cause how much of a laser beam they were hell the Auto 5 shotgun for Allies literally had nothing so it was more of a broken update and when they fixed it made every fg42 on the same stats as other SF rifles
I never said the FG42 was worse then the AVS or AVT all I said was that the AVS need the fix too since it the first bullet would shoot all the way to the moon
You mean the NS-37? It seems to utterly suck against infantry, especially compared to VYa-23. I recently tried using the 37s for memes cause I remembered having a riot with them in old campaigns…and they just do nothing most of the time

actually yes. if we look just from tech tree, soviets have best smg(ppsh41 with drum), japan is second with type2 and tokyo arsenal (yeah copy of thompson is better than thompson ingame), germany with kiraly and then comes thompson 50. if you are going to take into argument high damage, germany and soviets have AR which are much better to use for range. if you are going to premium thompson argument, then you should check german and soviet premium/gold order alternatives.
i didnt say that pershing is bad tank. just that it is worse than KT and is2. it has many downsides like being only able to penetrate KT with APCR frontally, while being vulnerable to BR3 tanks. realistically speaking pershing should have been competitor to panther/tiger E/KT(P) and not against KT and IS2.
I think it uses a full AP belt, so useless against infantry.

I think in ye olde days it had a mix of HE. It was hilarious to shoot into that berlin campaign greenhouse building and getting 10-20 kills from a short burst
It did, I remember using the IL-2-37 and getting quite a bit of kills on the Moltke bridge.
It was removed so its better against tanks, but its trash at destroying them in the first place, a choice between belts would be nice.
So it should…full ap belts.
