So from my experience playing and observing faction my current ranking is this
Japan < Germany ≤ Soviet = US
German vs Soviet and US is interesting since sometimes some German will come back but that is like 1/5 chance of that happening

Yes, because Japan is playing 24/7 defense and Germany suffers on unfair ticket/cap speed policy.

Yeah same. I thought that there would be several player switching back to germany to try the new toy, but I guess that was only a thought.
Interestingly enough I experienced a slight upgrade in the latest days amongst the german player base. I was able to win some high BR games in berlin since friday.

Yesterday evening I was actually able to finally switch away from high BR germany, as suddenly it started stomping lol
BR2 seems like a ghost town still, I think
