By being restricted to 5 matches per day, I feel like all the fun is getting sucked out of playing.
I find myself looking at games and deserting after thinking “nah not worth it from time perspective” since the difference in time that 5 long games vs 5 short games take is massive.
You just cannot plan the time needed to finish the daily grind well enough, since the duration of matches is too random. With score and flexibility (like last time around) you can much more easily approximate that.
sorry but no,it’s the best so far, for people who can’t reach 20k of score it’s one of the bests styles,I can’t agree with you, some people are terrible players and barely reach a good score, giving them a chance of play 5 games and get reward it’s better thant that, not everyone are murder machines dude
5 games per day, 10k per day, 20k per 2 day … all formats have the same problem:
unfinished progress is not kept.
with progress carrying over to the next day (while still keeping a one turn in per day) everybody could get SOME rewards. (similar to how the armory event is structured). sure, not all rewards, but some.
this, imho, would benefit most if not all players.
This is better but still not great. At least it’s not a score farming event which encourages toxic play. Completing matches discourages desertion. Limited daily progress is always bad but is designed to make people pay real money to skip stages.
i cannot see that statement, i’ve only seen the different complaints about the event form.
and ofc everybody would like to get everything … and money for nothing and the chicks for free…
but thats not how it works
casuals (like me), bad players (also like me), new players, unexperienced players, whatever players will never get ALL the stuff from an event, and i would say that is totally expected and ok.
my opinion is just that SOME rewards from an event are better then none. and THAT would benefit all but those players that get everything, everytime no matter how the event is structured. but those players already got EVERYTHING from that event …
and yes, ofc these events are made to encourage people to pay for missing progress. but some players won’t (and some can’t) pay for that. and those players will just ignore the event.
getting SOME rewards from an event at their own pace at least makes them play
but thats just my 2 cents, do what you want with 'em
20k per 2 days you at least keep progression within those two days.
If you get to that point. Now I at least quit in the beginning.
Nonsense. Playing the game just regularly is what gets you decent enough score.
Not everyone has ~2.5-3h to throw into the game every night in case you end with 5 ridiculously long games.
I particularly hate daily commitment events. 20k/2d was great. I could much better plan and schedule my real life and the event. Plus while you cannot control score, it’s not similarly random from time perspective as “complete X matchs”.
yeah, but thats still average 10k points a day, and same as YOU dont have the time to run 5 (arbitrary length) matches, OTHERS don’t have the time to get 10k points a day, cause they need more games and thus playtime then experienced players like you.
deleting progress (even after 2 days) is just bad imho
edit:
ofc, all i said is assuming one does not insist on getting ALL rewards with progress carrying over… just to be clear.
best format would be “no XP unlock limit” - but to make things more interesting a very long event, where you get really cool stuff, but you would have to participate in it by grinding much more than just 50k XP.
that way people would could set a long term goal at playing the game, rather than just quickly unlocking stuff and then stop playing again.
Eh, just watch/listen to some YouTube or similar, while keeping the 3 min kick timer in mind. It’s still better than the daily ‘Warbond tasks’ (annoyances) in War Thunder or the insultingly high score ‘tasks’ from the events in that game.
The last time I finished all 50 reward with just 2 days, and I work 6 days with one day off
Compared to:
20k per 2 days: 14 days for 7 side reward + 6 main reward
The current one kinda waste my time and encourage me playing the campaign that I am 100% stomp my enemy without even fighting back to speedrun those 5 battles lmao
No, 20000 points every two days is only necessary for me to play 4-5 games every two days, which only takes about 1.5h-2 hours. But this activity requires me to play 5 games every day, which takes 2-2.5 hours. Please note that this is a daily game and is not reasonable for people who don’t have much time. And I don’t want to spend too much time on games either.
If the total duration of the activity is 14 days (20000/2 days), in fact, it only needs to be played for 7 days because it can be played every other day. For 20000 points, I only need to play 4-5 games (1.5h~2h) in one day, and now this activity requires me to play 5 games (2h~2.5h) every day.
