BR3 Soviets are like the duality of man:
When you play AGAINST them: they are all bristling with body armor, PPSh-41, SVT, KV-1, T-34, La-5, 4-stack from the same country
When you play AS them: they are a weak bunch of T-60 drivers and biplane flyers who camp 3km outside of the objective and desert at the first sight of difficulties

2 of the german ones are stuck at BR 5 so you can asready write them off for this discussion and the othere 2 are at BR 1 and 2 with a bad gun for BR 3 so they are still kinda useless. So it is 2 well equiped paras vs 2 obsolete ones.
BR 4 isnt that common for BR 3 matches as most of them are downtiers.
Funny how soviet mains never mention that when they complain about their BR 1 and 2 tanks when they also can kill BR 3 tanks but when discussig the panzer 4s they always bring it up.
and all of them can be used at high BR, and one squad generally has a unique feature in the form of a set of flamethrowers, besides, at BR 3, units with low BR are issued MG-34, which are very good weapons
since the ability to kill BR tanks is higher than BR sandbox tanks (1-2) is not a particularly valuable feature, since players since then are mostly beginners and noobs, so if they fail to cope with BR 3 tanks, it is always their fault due to a lack of skills (kv 1 is not invulnerable against the second br, the comment above and my topic to which I threw a link to confirm this) PZ4h can be as dangerous as kv 1 if it hits br 2 if the player on it knows what he is doing or at least knows how to put the tower in a diamond so that it is not pierced by 45 mm guns
but a slow heavy kv 1 tank against a tiger or panther can, as I said, at least do something only if the crew goes out and throws explosive packages at the enemy, or if the enemy is very stupid and will substitute his side at an angle of 90 degrees, because the kv 1 itself will obviously not be able to bypass the 4BR tank unnoticed unless ACS (although no one plays them lol)
Front lower hull is honestly really hard to hit in real matches, there is always so much rubble, destroyed cars, trains, sandbags everywhere you have to fight the soviets, is a shot as common as having the high ground to pen angled armor.
There is a reason why I never play low tier germany, back then I thought that I would enjoy playing br 2 or 3, it is really nice when you have to play against soviet paratroopers with BR V stuff anyway regardless of you playing br 3 stuff.
Br 2 is not much better, at this point I feel that low br is a lost cause anyway, soviet players will never accept that they have the upper hand, if they some how win more matches it is just because they are better players, they are just the superior race lol, the top 5% best players, it is just a skill issue matter, so don’t you dare to suggest even the slightest nerf on their stuff because then it will not be a skill issue anymore, if you nerf the strong stuff that the soviets have at low br then their skill will go away.
I honestly feel sorry for the new players that have to endure playing against the soviets, I had the luxury to get to choose grinding normandy back when campaigns were still a thing.
