-The ammount of female soldiers is extremely low (<5%) compared to male soldiers. Unless they were really rare in-game, it wouldn’t actually improve historical accuracy as they would become more common than in reality, instead of less common / non existant.

Thats not really a good reason on its own to not have something in the game, especially if the devs want to add more unlockable things later on, they may have to add less used or even prototype weapons so we have more guns to play with
If that wasnt enough, another member dug up sources that the BA-11 was never used in Moscow, nor was it used by tankers as a whole. It was for recon.
Yeah it does seem that there is no need to use the BA-11 when there are plenty of tanks to fill in the early tier light tanks.
Also the Russians had up to 50% female soldiers fighting, especially in Stalingrad where everyone was called upon to fight. A good proportion of them saw front line combat. Many others were snipers.
I think you have to remove the 0 there. There really weren’t that many female fighters.
Armored recon does not mean it doesnt see combat, you are correct in that the BA-11 mostly fought in Leningrad and didnt fight in Moscow, but Recon tanks/armored cars are designed to be combat capable against infantry and light vehicles. This is because the whole point of Armored Recon/heavy scouts, are so that they can fight as well as perform recon duties, this allows them to use “Reconnaissance-in-force” which is when the enemy combat capability is assessed through probing attacks.
Their is a section on the wiki that explains further what RIF and speculative fire is.
For women being in the battle for moscow was most likely blown up by the russian propaganda machine, to show higher national pride and etc, there were most likely fewer than 1000 women on the frontline
My point was that they would be used by a diffrent regiment or division than normal tanks.
Lets say the right things here:
Ba-11 STUPIDLY OP against the german tanks because of trolly armor. Make the Ba-11 much rarer and not the starter vehicle ffs.
Woman DID serve in USSR, but its not gonna do much for the game when people demand that they be added just for cosmetic reasons. Stop trying to get women added ffs.
