I have thrown out suggestion many times on this forum on how to make the air game more viable and you delivered with ai bomber formations. I’m excited to see how this plays out and maybe fighters will not be so useless now. Hopefully this is just a start

Explosives from planes isnt really new though. How about a recon plane or an incendiary mortar strike that focuses on area denial? Maybe a tank buster plane strike with rockets to eliminate a camping tank? Some giant mass casualty call in seems like what we dont need imo

I always been septic about this idea of plane formation.
But now it’s here I’m excited to try it.

No one would use it and you know it
Its use would be very limited and again barely anyone would use it, let alone normal mortar
The Bombers - theyre new mechanics, its something new, we will have to stop or escort them, think where to drop bombs, it will add more depth to the game.

Recon plane = almost all enemy positions shown on minimap. For as long as the tiny plane stays in the air. I would SPAM it.

Completely false. The intelligent players use smoke and other things that are not just click boom items and you know it. We need to add more unique options and not just more explosives. Only the mongaloids call in arty on shielded houses over and over and over so guess what? Now it will be a bombing run over and over

And there arent many intelligent players. Dude people barely mark, do you think that they will fly around in a recon plane?
Didnt say it wouldnt be useful, but i am saying that few people would use it
Imagine if you could give them a spot to drop arty by seeing the enemies on the map though so they could hit the real enemy position and not guess. And no not fly around, have it fly in a path of your choice (AI controlled)

The recon plane is my fav one in RR for the south.
The commies always use SAM against gunship and most coms use napalam against us.
Wish the snipers here could have more possibilites for recon.

Didn’t the Germans get a recon plane as a reward for the Summer Event, could be wrong though. They could give that a high power zoom even when looking around.
They did, and it is quite useless currently and possibly forever
Yeah they got the FW189 in Moscow, Arguably the best axis fighter plane there atm since the 15/20mm cannons do nothing still. Hopefully with the AI Bomber planes coming the cannons get buffed and turret guns work for all planes.
