Temporary fix/reduce trick of tearing with V-Sync on

If you have experienced severe tearing even you enabled V-Sync, and make sure you are in Full Screen mode, like me:

Yep, Dev just ignore this bug. They are ****.

Here is the trick, very simple:
Alt-Tab out of the game to any other desktop pages. Then Alt-Tab back to game. This can reduce the severity of the tearing.
