Fighting US with Soviets was my favourite thing in Heroes and Generals because it was very unique.
Best feature in out of all WW2 games I played.
But I recognise that the Enlisted community has no interest.

nope it doesn’t, since volumetric shells at it’s worst calculates armor thickness based on shells hitting 2 pieces armor usually done with tanks using non volumetric armor
also
this was notorious for being impenetrable even without volumetric shells

but we do use volumetric armor.
not so sure on the shells, but the armor, oh boy doesn’t take too much to get some " funny " encounters ".
still, perhaps less than we used to, but i wouldn’t hold my breath on that.
ah, when someone says volumetric i tend to associate it with volumetric shells mostly because of how awful it is

But i can ask you the same question how do you expect USSR to counter Nakajima Ki-84 ? So it will be interesting one nation will have IS -2 the other will have KI-84.If Japan has rocket planes will be the same way US now Fights King Tigers… Not to mention we will have to fight soon M26-Pershing so IS 2 is not better tank then M26 - Pershing.
