Dev`s you sooo need to sort this problem out once and for all. Time and time again there are major top rankings all on one side, leaving the underdogs to fight like crazy to try and beat them . I mean, it can be fun, and when we do beat them or come close it is rewarding, but ffs give us lower ranking players a chance
the rankings only mean that you played long enough to get there, the real signal for if youāre in a fun match or something painful is the name flairs from the events (i call them flame names) since most of the time those play like rats
After posting on here I went into Stalingrad, with that I was up against 7 gold stared players and for my side 2. We were murdered! If it wasnt for me planting rally's and ammo dumps we really would have suffered even more :upside_down_face: Dev
s we have to protect the newer players, give them a chance and to see how you can win through the tough matches. If we have new players turning up, then left to survive under the guns of top players, the news guys are going to go elsewhere through pure frustration .
the rankings only mean that you played long enough to get there
Yes my friend, and that is the point, they have played there long enough to earn their stripes and rightfully so but the sides have to be even as possible The point I am making is, without the noobs the game is dead
the battle needed to reach that point isnāt that much, itās 75 battles at the minimum if you keep getting battle awards (which isnāt hard); so you can have a gold tag but be a complete shitter. the AI also can get these ranks too so there is also that
There is no skill based matchmaker also the rankings only show the time you spent in game
Iāve said it before and Iāll say it again:
They need to incentivize the less played teams. Give a % increase if itās the āunderdogā side, (like Axis in Pacific), and an additional bit for however many players your team is short in comparison to other team.
The hope is the āunderdog bonusā draws additional players to that side in the long run. The other bonus is to help level.
Makes sense to me
Just played a few games where the opposite time is all Marshalls, vs my team of no officer ranks. Itās literally all bolt action rifles and the odd stuart against stg 44s and Tiger tanks. Not fun.
Yep that is what keeps happening to me
