I just hope they will do something different than “panzershreck for both factions! Copy paste, yay!” It’s becoming boring to have mirror things for both sides… give my Russians bombers rpg-43 or something nice… (I hope it will wound infantry as well if it’s that.) Or a lend lease bazooka… I’d even be happy with ptrs (just because I like breaking the Geneve convention and using it on infantry).
Everyone always says bazooka but man that thing is massively weak when compared to a panzerfaust. You’d have to be crazy to take a bazooka. Atleast the PTRS was actually in Berlin and it can mow down infantry and tracks at long range

I know I just threw a bunch of random ideas. I find it a bit boring to just give the same thing to both factions THREE TIMES… When I’m sure Russians could have goodies of their own. Or give something completely unrelated to anti tank for the Russians when the germans get the shreck. A bit like in Moscow where Russians have 2 mortars but germans 2 AT rifles. (Also since we already have faust 100… is anything else even needed?)
Yeah I definitely like the variety and would be happy with a unique weapon or grenade instead.
I found some info on the Russian trials of the bazookas and apparently…they hated them. Weak warhead, susceptible to damage and cold, low velocity past 100 meters. The best part was they were given 3000 bazookas and only around 5000 rockets making them almost one shot weapons lol
I also couldn’t find any data on them actually using them in battle as they were “not suited for the main army” but I’m still looking

berlin the tanks feel like tanks. not an endless tenis match .
mileage may vary, we cant love the same woman. i enjoy berlin tank vs tank alot. and i m glad its in the campaign i actually enjoy alot.

But in Moscow they are most powerful and useful.
Berlin is the only campaign I felt playing a tank was almost unnecessary getting to max level. Even after I got the Tiger, without support they are way too easy to kill. The panzerfaust got a buff it didn’t need making tank skeet shooting even easier. I named an AT soldier “Tank Hunter Joe” because it’s hilarious to hunt them and 1 shot them.

But it just uncomfortable for you, this yes.
IMO it should be like this for every campaign.
Tanks should be forced out of the grey zone and actually help attack/defend the points

I can still use the tank as a more safety transporter for my Assault (tanker) team. charging right to their face to cause chaos, jumping out, and start blasting.
ptrs is an anti-material rifle, yes?
if so are you aiming for their equipment?
