Tanks camping outside the battle zone

How are we supposed to flank tanks or even sneak up on them if they are outside the battle zone? Especially if they’re in a well enough spot to spawn camp our tanks? This is from my most recent adventure in Berlin.

Bomb them with plane.
Shoot them with AT gun.
Run or use vehicle to drive into grey zone and drop TNT on his ass.

I think this is still a map issue. There’s tons of people who camp grey zone religiously but on some maps the spawn area gives tanks a perfect line of fire onto the objective and spawns of enemy vehicles ergo why would anyone even bother moving forward? It’s not vehicles can even contribute to the capturing or defending of points.
Problem I’ve noticed is the devs will never actually rework any of the maps in game

Agree
The distance from the spawn to the objectives for most of the tank optic is sufficient for Camp

I’m still only on campaign 5 so I don’t have jack sh*t. Until recently I barely got the panzerfaust but that’s only with 1 dude so if I’m not careful there goes that. The last time I had played the tank was in a perfect position to see anyone coming towards them on ground or in a vehicle so it made it not pleasant. Plus they were spawn camping our tanks & I didn’t have a plane either. Aside from that I tried going into the “gray zone” but they’d just back up and I’d die from being in the gray zone. I appreciate everyone’s replies. Glad to know it’s not just me :+1:t4:

That’s a mighty bold claim, I’ll take my Panther G over a T34 any day

I take my king tiger 2 on a t34 every day, the king tiger 2 is a porsch the t34 is a tractor

And im not joking

I of course take the King Tiger first, just thought the Panther G was a more fair comparison.

Also very common misconception, despite what War Thunder tries to tell you the King Tiger in Enlisted right now is not a Porsche. That style of turret is often mistaken referred to as the “Porsche Turret” however Porsche had nothing to do with the turrets that credit goes to Krupp which designed and produced both styles of turret

Yeah, there are map problems for the most part - like defenders in invasion ending up near-spawnkilled, due to no way to flank or outmaneuver the enemy.
