If you get outside to repair there is a high chance for your tank to go like this because all your crew followed you and nobody is inside:
The only solution is to get outside of the tank first, make a squad order on the tank, then get inside.
Make this a default configuration when spawning the tank.
Pro tips: For now, if you have given order to your crew to get inside a tank, you can instantly get inside without waiting the 2 second by switching to another squad member.
By the way, if you too think the “Tiger” is strange in this movie you are right. It’s a T-34 that has been converted by hollywood into a Panzer 6 for the movie…
Actually dont make tanks explode to a random BA shot because the crew is away.
I wish I could order the rest of the crew to stay in the tank while a crew member gets out to fix a broken track or something as it actually messes up the crew layout real bad especially when the original driver, gunner and loader don’t get their original position back unless a crew member gets killed that loses the loader perk just because he went to another position which is annoying to deal with.
If somebody got the gunner, loader perk, it doesn’t matter where he is in the tank. All the tank get the perk.
For the rest, yea that’s the purpose of the post.
i found a way to do it,
1 - get out the tank right after a spawn
2 - point at the tank a press squad order button “X as default on pc” to make the crew get inside
3 - get inside the tank.
now when you get out the tank the crew don’t get out, only the controlled member.

What happens when Tank on fire then? they burn to death while you extinguish?
If you extinguish. They won’t burn to death…
get out the tank and hold X, it will cancel the order to stay in the tank.
