I have noticed that when in commander view from the hatch in Berlin campaign tanks, the gun facing remains fixed when the tank turns, and that is good and is what would happen IRL if nobody was turning the turret at the same time.
However, in allied Tunisia tanks, if I am looking out the hatch as commander, the turret moves even when I am not turning it! In other words, the turret moves independently to keep facing the same direction, rather than keeping in line with the turning of the vehicle, like in the Soviet tanks. This is quite difficult to put into words but I hope you understand.
In brief, Tunisia’s allied tanks have turrets that move on their own, trying to face the same direction they were pointing when in reality they should stay fixed with respect to the vehicle. I hope that this can be examined by the devs to make the turret behave more realistically as with the Russian tanks in Berlin. Best wishes

The first T34? Because the commander is also the gunner and loader, when your head is out you can’t really turn the turret without streching the arms to grab the turret wheel/crank

That explains it!
