This game’s tank to tank combat is the worst I have ever seen in any game I have played that has a tank in it. it is so bloody stale were tank to tank combat just turns into two tanks ramming each other head on and just shooting like idiots. the whole reason for this is the horribly designed damage model in which you can have a bloody scout tank take rounds like a MBT from today and a badly designed light tank that has armor thinner then a phone book. and even if you can manage to pen a tank you then have to deal with only 4 pieces of spalling for post pen damage. at this rate you might as well give the tanks health bars as it feels like I am having to chew down a health bar, and if I directly hit a crew man with a shell they somehow come out with just a scratch. you guys need to think of something else, even just copy and pasting the code from warthunder would be just fine and dandy.
Yea tank combat is really inconsistant. Sometimes I one shot a tank and the other time I need to fire 10 rounds at it.
Puma could normally easily kill Stuart yes I agree the scout tank should do way more damage. It also shows you how you hit the crewman and I am afraid you dont always insta kill ppl
Well, PZ II could also tear T-60 in pieces in any angle but now T-60 needs to just sit face first towards PZII and it cant pen!
Balance, tovarisch. 
T60s are filled with concrete or something, only place to pen it frontally with the Pz.II is a lucky shot between its MG and autocannon, even with a 37mm the only other spot you can hope to pen is the thin sliver that is the drivers port and even green shots on the side usually get eaten by the tracks or wheels. Just makes the lucky oneshots all the more satisfying though!
Unless you’re driving a sherman or m8 that can just delete pumas with a single HE shell
Yes, it’s a totally broken tank as far as starter tanks go. What’s funny is that both the Panzer II and the T-60 used to struggle against one another, then there was a stealth nerf to the German tank (of course), and the T-60 started clubbing. I guess too many little Ivans were flooding the Russian forum with tears, so something had to be done. 
Well to add to this. Today I went Pz 3 vs Stuart its completly stupid. I wasted ALL APCR shots and the stuart kept moving like nothing hit him. That thing was literally swiss cheese but nothing. Smth has to be done about the damage model.
At least your shots didn’t bounce off entirely, I’ve had they happen despite a green pen indicator.
