Tank physics are a bad joke!

Drivin in this Game ist the last shit. Its unbelievable how bad this works. getting stucked random on antbones! fix ur game ffs!

There are so many tankers that enjoy their game, I’m sure this thread won’t get old at all…

i got stucked in a halftrack in snow. there was nothing underneath or something. the hlaftrack just turned and i wasnt able to control it.

I’ll be the first to admit, halftracks suck.

Tanks, though, are a different animal.

My only problem is the fact that the M4A3 (105) refuses to stabilize. Even when standing completely still, unless you are on perfectly flat road, your gun is still bobbing up and down as if you were still driving over bumps and divots. They fix that and everything’s perfectly fine

Yes, it’s really annoying. Fixing it should be a priority.

But they rather spent their time working on some unnecessarily complicated repair system that no one ever asked for.
Seeing decisions like this is truly frustrating.

we absolutely love this game for its unique play style - despite him being right tho, you get stuck on so many things that it gets frustrating fast, but you learn to avoid these obstacles eventually.

Another possibility: They don’t have the ability to fix things that players care about, so they just do something else they can.

I’m willing to bet that the tank physics are almost identical to WT, but because WT doesn’t have infantry scaled physical objects, there’s nothing to get stuck on there (as much), compared to here.

I don’t believe it. As long as tanks in WT can effortlessly cross trenches, it should be possible in Enlisted as well. But as we all know, it’s a basically impossible task for tanks in Enlisted.
Tanks were literally designed to overcome trenches. So that’s a huge problem. And it needs to be fixed.
There’s no way around it.

Plus they should remove the collision model of various small objects like little boulders, railroads, etc. with ground vehicles.

No, that happens to about every tank if the snail gods decide your recent prayers where to weak.
So it isnt just limited to that tank.

I figured not, but it’s the only one I’ve played with any consistency and don’t notice it as much on others, but I do believe my Super Pershing also struggles with it now that you say that

Well that would kill the game dead so a reduce splash kills, b reduce ammo count, c reduce fire rate. The trouble with enlisted is it’s half balanced for tank on tank. Infantry are far to squishy and thus can most of the time only hide from om tanks. Nyes, yes realism but it’s boring so the entire team comes down to two players in the tank slot. You get an uptiered tank, unlucky, or bad tank player and it can sink a match.
