Tank Loader Perks when no loader

I know it was discussed in feedback, but I can’t find it when searching, if a tank has no loader ie. T34 STZ what position do you put loader perks, commander or gunner?

irl, T-34 commander was the one loading shells, so try on it maybe?

No I’m fully upgraded there is no loader…

It only has a 4 man crew total - there is no loader position

Can’t the radio operator do it as he has no radio to operate?

In the Crusader there is only 3 positions: Commander, gunner, and driver. Whenever I poked my head out of the hatch I noticed the reload speed would slow down as if no loader is present. So just try testing that on the tank without loader.

For sure. I’m using T-34s and tested it.
