Tank crew should stay at their assigned position

Can the crew of the tanks keep their assigned position when we go out or thing like that.
I mean, generally a crew is specialized, you have a commander, a gunner, driver , loader each with their special skill and when you need to go out to repair or when you change position when you miss some crew , they don’t go at their place and you have your driver go to the gunner, your gunner to the driver and so on.

So please can you even you get them to go to their place or your make their skill a global skill for the tank ?

I agree. There should be a key to rearrange all crew members to their assigned seats when returning to a tank.

It’s a good idea, it makes me angry that my tank loader with quick reload perk switches to the gunner’s seat when the gunner goes out to repair causing the perk to have no effect
