Playing on PC. In a tank, the turret movement seems to be very janky making long range precise shots difficult. It’s like the tank is aiming within a grid instead of freely aiming like with a regular rifle. Is this normal or just a mouse and keyboard issue? I don’t have this issue at all in War Thunder.
It’s how it is in enlisted
The game as a weird pointer which is how you aim. So essentially you tell the gunner where to point with tour white circle and he tries to aim where your pointer is. And if you’re talking about when you’re on the move the aim will not be smooth because the gun and turret aren’t automated so it’s hard to stabilize.
Yeah i’ve noticed too, It isnt a smooth line but It move Like a grid.
Idk if its bc the movement is so short the game cant register it or its Just the game that Is shit.
I’m talking about when your aiming at another tank say 300+m away and you are trying to line up a shot at a weak spot, but no matter how careful you are with your mouse, the sight for the gun is moving in “ticks” of a sort. It “ticks” over like it’s set on a grid. Aiming at a Jumbo’s flat turret cheeks trying to get it lined up, but you are too high so you try to slightly aim lower but the gun aims a “tick” down and now you’re aiming at the bottom of the turret. This is only really an issue at long ranges where you have to zoom in and try to get a precise shot.
The amount of times this thing ruined my weak spot shot opportunity and got me killed since I couldn’t fire first is comical. And yeah, this seems to be a game mechanic, not a glitch. Have fun aiming at Jumbos from a long distance and get spammed with “skill issue”.
