Sorry about my English, i have some problem with redeem MGC code. How can i buy ENLISTED - 500 GOLD ($4.99) with my 2$ code and 5$ code ( Payment System Fee 0.11$, total 5.10$). Thanks for help

Isn’t there an option to redeem both of them to your balance first? Not in our store I mean but the official website of the card in question.
