T-70 roof optic

i suggest you give T-70 gunner in stalingrad ability to use this roof optic, so we can have “commander” view

i am not sure whether that thing can be rotated or not, but if it could be, it should work similar as rotating turret, except that now only optic moves

Considering you can’t use any of the commander’s optics on a Sherman other than the one facing forwards, I doubt they will add that one.
