Well second since T-50 is just to cocky as they have to learn an lesson in da pure powa of the Panzerknacker squads 
Anyways, hope it was worth it and is much more fun to use compared to the stocked one
I have this fully upgraded alongside the Panther in Normandy plus I have a gold card T-34-85.
The tank is much more responsive when fully upgraded especially with the steering, acceleration and turret traverse. That huge boost in engine power is the real deal right there. This is one of the reason why I had fun with the gold T-34-85 because of it being fully upgraded.

T28E is not really that good. Big target, slow, not as good armour T50.
For the IIIJ and IV the T28 is laughably easy to take down.
I use the BT7 instead of the T28 and T50, best mobility and turret traverse. Easier to dodge explo packs

The reason why I use the T-28E over T-50 or some other tanks is because of its firepower with 76mm APHE can blow up any German tank in the campaign even though its silhouette is too big that a sneaky AT gun or a stuka can easily spot it.
I still prefer the T-34-85 in Berlin over T-28E in Moscow while when T-34 gets added in Moscow, I will replace the T-28E and T-50 with it.
The T28E is for gray zone campers bsically. It being massive, slow makes it an easy target for an explosion pack hero
I have to say, it is no mistake. Now i got fully ranked up t28E and the normal t28 as well. They arent the best in mobility- But god damn they are the best infantrykiller ive ever played, 3 mgs firing and aiming fast, they are incredibly powerful combined with the high explosive shell. I really enjoy using both at once

That is the role they excell at. Thats why they can be really fun, and good attacker tanks for certain situations. But i would atill rather have my BT-7
POV of every t28 user when he’s playing against a good axis team
