Switch MG 42 to DP MG nest for Sovjet Faction

Just noticed that the Sovjets have MG42 asw for their engineer MG nests. Or am i mistaken on that ? However it was basically build towards us almost from their spawn so either they also get MG42 or someone was trolling from our team

its a placeholder.

they haven’t released faction specific engineer MGs because they know people will complain by virtue of them behaving differently

ah good to hear :slight_smile: But mg 42 is pretty op and so should the Maxim be asw if so. Could just keep the same stats on them both and problem solved, but understand that they must feel like the guns to in someway to present them as interesting to

No! Never! It’s the weapon I’m waiting for since… I started playing. Thankfully it’s not a good hmg at all, so if it’s ever implemented it (probably) won’t get nerfed.

the allied AT gun is already a british AT gun, it’s the 6 pounder found on the crusader. america also used it as the “57mm m1”

any map with CQB people will cry about the MG42 emplacement

Any map with long sightlines and people will complain about the Maxim

and people will generally complain about the M1919.

Damn well them both need ammo asw accounted in that can be binded with ammo boxes for a limited amount. Can see that there are an ammo counter but seems not to work atm… Now it seems only to be counting on the heat that can be cooled down. Well you can keep it pretty much non heated if you dont spray as much. Good balanced small burst fire keeps it rocking for quite some time and keep an good accuracy to

This scene is extremely cheesy and poorly acted (and unrealistic to boot)… But still almost gave me a bo**er thanks to those 4 beauties firing. :heart_eyes:

The GAZ-AAA of course, also the The Maxim MG was in soviet service until the late 1980’s, I guess they really liked them too!
